About Relevé Studios

Relevé Studios is a Christian-based, family-owned dance studio that has been proudly serving Sioux Falls and surrounding areas since 2017. Rooted in faith and community, with an uplifting environment, Relevé nurtures dancers from their first steps through age 18. As dedicated and involved owners, Miss Emilie and Miss Peyton handle every aspect of the studio- from teaching classes to managing all administrative work- ensuring a consistent, hands-on approach to each dancer’s experience. In addition to strong technique, creative expression and personal growth, Relevé Studios is committed to helping every student rise with confidence, grace, and a heart for kind, servant-minded leadership.

The atmosphere at Relevé Studios is truly close-knit and family-like, where value and support is extended beyond the enrolled student and to their families. It’s a place where lifelong friendships are formed; where students and parents all feel like one dance family. Relevé fosters a sense of belonging and community, where encouragement is constant and everyone cheers each other on- both in and out of the classroom. With a focus on connection, faith, and family, we strive to create an environment where dancers feel safe to grow, take risks, and be their authentic selves. It’s more than just a place to dance-it’s a home away from home.

Our Mission:

Our mission is to provide affordable dance education and related training services to all. We want to help our students develop the fundamentals of dance and proper technique, while promoting confidence, passion, kindness to other, and healthy lifestyles. Additionally, we will promote spiritual growth through relationships and interactions in and out of the studio. Out goal at Relevé Studios is to remain close knit and family oriented through building lasting relationships with both students and families.

Emilie Byrd

Hi! I'm Emilie Byrd, co-founder and director of Relevé Studios. Dance has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but it's my faith that truly drives everything I do. I opened Relevé Studios with my best friend and we had a vision to create a space where dancers could grow not only in skill and artistry, but also in their identity as a child of God.

With over 25 years of dance experience and teaching, I'm passionate about helping students discover their God-given gifts and use them to glorify Him- both in the studio and beyond. I've had the joy of working with dancers of all ages- walking-18 years old.

What makes our studio special is the community we're building. Here, every dancer is seen, supported, and encouraged to grow- in their technique, their confidence, and their walk with Christ.

When I'm not in the studio, you'll usually find me spending precious time with my husband, three children (Braylie, Westan, and Lynnlie), playing board games, crafting, or gardening.

Peyton Bianchi

Dance has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From the moment I stepped into my first class, I knew it was something God placed in my heart- not just as a passion, but as a calling. Today, I'm incredible grateful to serve as co-founder and director of Relevé Studios, where I get to combine my love for dance with my faith in Jesus every single day.

I've beeing teaching and dancing for over 25 years. One of my favorite things is watching students light up as they discover their potential- not just as dancers, but as the unique individuals God created them to be.

I believe that dance is a powerful way to workship, express joy, and build community. It's my heart to create a safe, encouraging space where every dancer feels seen, supported, and deeply loved.

Outside of the studio, I love spending time with my family. We enjoy playing outside, cooking together, growing in our faith, and visiting my husband's family in Chicago IL.

I can't wait to meet and dance alongside you!
